Malesta has been an incredible real estate agent from start to finish. She originally helped me find this home and because of her great service initially, I listed the home when we are ready to sell it. Her recommendation and professionalism exceeded my expectations. I am from Texas and the laws and closing procedures are much different than those of North Carolina . She helped me with any questions that she was able to answer and those that she was not able to. She referenced me to whom I should contact for answers.

Lauren Knerl is in a class of her own. A bright woman in her 20s, she exudes the professionalism of an agent who has ben doing this for 30+ years. She is responsive, honest, flexible, intelligent, and the type of person who you would want to serve your real estate needs. Want honest feedback? She will give that? Need her to swing by a property off hours? She will do that. Need her to provide comps and recommendations? She will provide that. In a world where unqualified real estate agents seem to be popping up left and right, Lauren Knerl is the opposite. She knows the business, and most importantly, LOVES the business. She is not a self-fulfilling businesswoman, but rather gets joy and satisfaction from seeing her future home owners or sellers be happy. My look for housing in the Charlotte area dragged on for almost half a year, and she was always there at a moment’s notice whenever I had questions, concerns, or needed to see a property after hours. I would highly recommend Lauren Knerl for someone looking for a qualified agent who loves the business and is looking to help her clients.
