Corlisa was very professional, polite, and informative. She had a way of keeping the business integrity while being pleasant at the same time. She wasn’t trying to take advantage of my situation and she ran away from the traditional “stigma” of a real estate agent.

It's hard for me to put in words how much Diana has helped me find my forever home. We started this journey back when the pandemic was still with us and all of the craziness that happened with that in my search. From getting outbid on houses to people just being overly stubborn with their asking prices due to the crazy price structures that the pandemic brought with it to the worst of them all. GREEDY REALTORS. Those realors were only thinking of themselves and not actually representing their clients. It was so unprofessional. It was amazing to see how much things changed over the years of my house buying endeavors. But not with Diana. She stuck by my side for over 5 years until I finally found the right house for me. I went through many different things over these 5 years from having 2 major surgeries and losing my mother and brother in less than 2 years. But each time I resumed my search, Diana was there for me, ready to keep looking and helping me find my new home. We visited so many houses that I honestly can't remember how many we saw. She steered me away from houses with issues I did not see to checking comps to see if the asking price was fair. Her negotiation skills were incredible, her communications were always spot on and always on time and easy to understand. Most realtors would have given up but not her. I just cannot put into words how much this meant to me. She was still by my side. She worked so hard and so long and never, ever hesitated to have my back and represent me, her client. She is without a doubt the best Realtor I've ever worked with and I feel confident in saying that if you are looking for a Realtor for your home search or for selling your home, you will not find a better realtor than her. Once I get moved into my new home I will be using her again to sell my current home and it's a great feeling knowing that selling my house will be stress free and that she is representing me for this upcoming transaction.
