I have been working with Katie for approx the last 5 years. She is amazing. We werent able to make things work the first time due to issues in my end. However this time she went above and beyond to get us a new home. Im at this point now that I cant even begin to imagine working with anyone else other than Katie and Matt. They are my dream team and made our dreams come true. I love you guys.

Highly recommend. Brooke not only listened when we expressed our needs and wants, but covertly noticed things that drew our attention and especially things we didn't see, so she quickly began to predict what aspects of each house to point out. Brooke honestly told us positives and red flags at each viewing. I feel she really tried to know us, to find the best home for us. And she did!!
