A very good realtor whom sees the vision of the seller and the buyer together. She does this because this she loves this job .So if anyone is interested, in a no-nonsense realtor who will care about what your needs are ,Then I say she's the one.

Ruth was wonderful to work with and took time and made sure the sellers fixed everything on the inspection report from the big items to the paint chips. She always responded to all my text messages timely and I felt like we were in it together even when things were not going according to plan.

I spoke with several real estate agents in the Kings Mountain area, and Victoria  Lawson was the only one who showed up, was on time, and prepared.  The property sold was 'As Is.' It was a great flip or investment opportunity. Victoria was not afraid of the challenge and immediately was ready to move forward with representing  me and the property.  During the process, Victoria was communicating regularly with updates. The property received several legitimate offers on the first day of listing. Part of my criteria was the need for a quick sale, as I live out of the state. Initially, we thought it would be a smooth and quick transition but the buyers legal representation appeared weak in contract law.  Victoria  was dismayed and stepped in with a suggestion of a skilled attorney for my (seller) representation. I was pleased with the suggestion and how the Taylor Law firm helped me. There were a number of errors committed by the buyer's attorney and staff. There was a breach of the contract.  Victoria stayed on top of the buyer's legal firm and ensured they did not falter.    I have faith in Victoria Lawson's expertise as an experienced real estate agent. I would have no concern in using her again. Her strong relationships with the surrounding community, combined with her extensive real estate transaction experience, which includes being a great advocate for me, make her an outstanding agent.
