John has a breadth of current real estate market trends that is definitely an asset - most of all, his expertise helped lessen our seller-anxiety with such a tight timeline to close on the home. Of course, the best service given is his service AFTER the sale of our home. He was able to contact the closing attorney to make sure the transfer of funds from the close were executed properly and timely. We are truly greatful with John and his team.
