Sharon has now been my real estate agent for both buying a house (back in 2017) and now selling a house just last month. From the first time Teresa Renfroe from Mark Spain Realty came into our living room to give us information on how to market our property for sale we were very impressed. We were so impressed that we did not even bother to interview any other real estate agents. She was very professional, knowledgeable and honest. She laid out and effectively explained all options that Mark Spain offered. We opted for the traditional sale. Within 2 days of the listing we had more hits than we anticipated. Ms. Renfroe was on top of all appointments and worked tirelessly to make our very swift offer a reality. If she could not take phone calls she would make sure that she returned them even when we least expected. Within 30 days, from the inception of the offer we closed on our property.

There was one potentially huge problem with our purchase (undisclosed tax lien) that could have taken weeks, even months to fix. Samantha called all the required parties, went back and forth with people for hours, and had the issue fixed in one day! She called that evening and told us about the issue, and that it was already taken care of, saving us a ton of worry and stress. We are extremely thankful for her hard work and dedication... we trusted Samantha Berg, we Trusted the Process, and now we have a great home for our family! Thank you Sam!!!
