I was in the difficult situation of trying to sell a home while residing on the west coast. Fortunately I lucked into a recommendation to use Stacy as an agent to sell my house in Portsmouth, VA and I am beyond happy with what she achieved. Bottomline results - well priced property, effectively marketed with multiple offers and netting more than I expected. She was readily available for questions and especially helpful in preparing the home for sale. She is knowledgeable of the of the market in the tidewater area, well connected and able to provide grounded, financially sound recommendations to improve the marketability of the property. She is a tough negotiator and fought for my best interest in the transaction. My experience with her was as a seller, but I’m certain she would be just as effective as a buyer’s agent. I highly recommend her and I will seek her out if I ever find myself buying or selling property in the tidewater area in the future.
