He was always on top of paperwork and communication with my lender(s), builder, and lawyer, and was instrumental in getting me through a mini crisis near the end of the process. He represented Hall and Nixon Real Estate admirably and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for property or a home in the Elizabeth City area.

My wife and I genuinely felt cared for through the buying process. We walked into the market with anxiety, thinking all sorts of things. Todd helped alleviate a lot of stress and was very patient, even when we had setbacks.
