If you're looking for a professional Realtor, Adam Bartholomew is your agent. I'm an agent myself in the state of Idaho and I hold property throughout the USA; I've worked with and opposite countless agents in 20 years so, when it came time to sell one of my out-of-state properties, I was picky about whom to hire. I'd not worked with Adam before; yet he found me with some proactive marketing (and good Zillow reviews), so he made the interview list. After choosing Adam to be my agent, he didn't disappoint-- and I admit I set a high bar. He managed our tenant move-out, ordered excellent photography, priced the home perfectly (well above what I had expected, yet very close to final appraisal), and oversaw some last-minute repairs that I couldn't handle from across the country. All without fuss or drama. I couldn't be happier or more pleased with the service I received from him and I absolutely recommend him for your RE needs. D. Flinn, Boise ID
