Patricia had a strong knowledge of the communities we were interested in, and information on the rules and regulations that would be important to us in the future. Tracie and I are so grateful to have been able to find a realtor that genuinely cared about what was in our best interest, and helped us consider things that we had not previously thought of.

We were blessed when we found Patricia as our realtor 4 years ago to buying a home in Sunset Beach and 4 years later we had her sell our Sunset Beach home as we located back to Ohio. Patricia was absolutely incredible. She listened to everything I wanted and ruled out showings that she knew I wouldn't like or was just a waste my time. I am moving from Colorado to North Carolina and I was on a time crunch when searching for a home. I was only there for 1 week but she nailed it with the showings she took me to and I found my perfect home the same day we started looking!! She was/has also been an astounding help when it came to reviewing the numbers from my lender to ensure I was getting every incentive dollar. She has also been a great "middle man" between myself (still being in Colorado) and my builder, again making sure that I am getting everything that the builder promised. She did my walkthroughs for me, communicated and followed up with the builder, communicated with my lender, etc. She truly went above and beyond for me. I could not have done this entire process without her and would hands down recommend her to anyone and everyone looking to purchase a home!!! So now the only thing I have to do is make the drive from Colorado to my home and get settled in. She made this journey just about stress free and I couldn't be more thankful!
