In a crazy market, we were able to go under contract within a few weeks of looking, and he was able to negotiate items for the seller to cover, which was totally unexpected- I have no idea how he did it. Ashley was absolutely incredible to work with. She was always quick to respond, professional, knowledgeable, the list goes on. She assisted us in purchasing our first home and any time I had questions about the process that I didn’t understand, she never made me feel stupid for it. She broke everything down, explained it very thoroughly, and was always so kind. With each house we viewed, she never pushed us onto anything we weren’t interested in. She really valued what we were looking for. There were a couple of homes we looked at and after seeing our faces or something she didn’t even like, she was willing to move onto the next one. Brad was not someone we knew but he was available to show us a property we were interested in and after meeting him we knew he would be someone we could count on to help us with our decision to make an offer to purchase. Brad was helpful, responsive and knowledgeable and was not pushy which was something we value in a realtor. There was a small glitch at closing and he stayed with us until all was settled.
