He was on top of all details daily, and notified me directly if I needed to do anything needed by loan processor, inspectors, etc. I was the buyer, and didn't have to pay any fee, but his company is unique in offering the the seller a lower rate for their services. I believe this helped because the seller was able to accept my office since their cost was lower. He is very friendly person, and really worked to help me purchase my home, going well beyond ANY OTHER agent ever would have, without being open and extremely honest.
