Ezio is the most professional realtor I've EVER had the pleasure of doing business with. He was on top of all details daily, and notified me directly if I needed to do anything needed by loan processor, inspectors, etc. I was the buyer, and didn't have to pay any fee, but his company is unique in offering the the seller a lower rate for their services. I believe this helped because the seller was able to accept my office since their cost was lower.
