She was incredibly professional, responsive, and truly went above and beyond. She priced our home perfectly and marketed it in a way that brought in multiple offers right away. She handled every detail with expertise and care — from paperwork to coordinating inspections and closing.

Kathy was referred to us through a friend. We were moving from NJ and initially were looking in the Chapel Hill and Durham area but pivoted to Raleigh to be closer to the high school one of our sons was going to be attending.
