She was timely, professional, courteous, attentive, observant, and performed as an excellent advocate for us in a sometimes challenging negotiation with a less experienced realtor. It was clear that Sharyn’s goal was to not just get us the best deal possible on our dream home, but that everyone could walk away happy with the transaction. She used her decades of expertise to look for and communicate in advance about “gotchas” and things we should know. Throughout the process we always felt she was thinking about us and working for our best interests, and that was evinced most clearly by working through part of a major holiday to close the deal.
