Jen is more than just a realtor. She is very personable and friendly. She went beyond her scope of duty when we first moved to Raleigh and helped us find a rental pro bono. To her, we were just a random phone call with specific requests. I’m sure anyone else would’ve turned us away. We were out of state staying with family until we found something and Jennifer even looked at rentals for us until she found a place that accepted our 3 dogs. Fast forward one year, we called her back up to find us a home. She was so knowledgeable about each area of Wake county that we visited during our search. After taking down our long list of “wants” she was excellent at finding potential homes. She was always available to show us houses and was easy to schedule with. When we found our future home, Jen worked diligently and very patiently with our bank and even dealt with some ridiculous requests from our mortgage processor. On top of that, she handled the negotiations with the seller with tenacity. She had our best interests in mind and ensured we had a worry free home to move into. Communication was always on point and Jennifer always made sure we were up to date with every step of the process. We picked Jennifer because of other reviews and for anyone who is searching for an outstanding realty team, go with Jennifer Wheeler and Moxie Real Estate.
