René is the best Real Estate agent that we have had. This was the second time that we seeked out Rene for hopefully what is our final move..From the very beginning she took from her time to go to every appointment she made with us, to point out the pros and the cons, to having a back up plan, reminding us of upcoming appointments and always keeping ahead of our needs. She does her homework in surveilling the areas she shows. She is not afraid to ask questions. She is most knowledgeable in her field as well as being the nicest, patient (has a lot of it, specially to deal with my husband) and most trustworthy sales agent that we have met. I recommend her to all we come across that may have a notion of moving. To us she is not just an agent but a friend.

Having worked with Mike before to purchase my first home, I reached out to him early on (well before listing my home for sale) to get some advice on the house sale process and what items could be done preemptively. Mike went out of his way to visit and speak with us to give us the confidence and answers we needed for when we chose to sell. Once my wife and I found the right house we wanted to purchase for our move, we had Mike handle both the purchase of the new property (for which he and Emily were also super helpful) as well as the sale of our existing house immediately afterwards. We were very happy with the listing and photos set up by his team, and he was always available when we had further questions or concerns. Overall the process of buying and selling with Mike as our agent went about as well as we could have hoped with this being our first time going through those processes simultaneously. Thanks again to Mike and Emily for all the help. Can definitely recommend Mike as an agent if you’re in the market!

We are building a home near Wilmington, NC and we were not thinking about putting our current home on the market until October 2025. Through Mike we were able to show the home in July 2025 to a couple who sought us out to find out if we were interested in selling. They made an offer the day after seeing it, and with Mike's help we were able to negotiate a quick sale and get top dollar (so far exceeding what any other property in our neighborhood has sold for). Mike helped us to successfully navigate the repair process, and the sale is now closed. Furthermore, we were able to negotiate a lease back on the home until the new build is complete. Now we can focus on the build process on our new home and the logistics for the move. Thus, with Mike's help we have alleviated a lot of stress over trying to sell our current home in a tight market while building another. We recommend that anyone looking for a listing agent consider Mike.
