Landy is very knowledgeable and work with me throughout my entire process. When we submitted an offer that was not accepted she did not allow me to dwell on that loss. The next day we were right back out there looking for a home. We found the perfect house a day later and the offer was accepted within minutes. I have the beautiful home of my dreams and I can’t thank her enough! She is amazing!!!

If I had to describe our experience with Landy in one word, it would be outstanding. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and made every question or concern a top priority. We initially worked with Landy two years before purchasing our home, and she remained consistently supportive—checking in regularly, encouraging us to save, improve our credit, and stay on track to achieve our goal. Thanks to her guidance, we were able to successfully purchase our home this year. As first-time homebuyers, we are incredibly grateful for her expertise and dedication throughout the entire process. Her support did not end at closing; she continues to follow up to ensure our transition is going smoothly and to address any additional questions we may have. Landy’s commitment to her clients truly sets her apart. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home and look forward to working with her again in the future.

Landy was referred to my husband and me, and from the very first meeting we understood why she came so highly recommended. She sat down with us and carefully explained the process of getting our previous home ready to sell. She gave us clear direction and helpful suggestions on what we needed to do to prepare our house for the market. We followed all of her advice, and thanks to her knowledge and guidance our home was successfully placed on the market looking its best. We also wanted Landy to represent us when purchasing our new home. From what we understood, it is not always common for the same agent to handle both the sale of a home and the purchase of another. When we mentioned this, she asked if we were sure. That moment actually made us trust her even more, because it showed her honesty and professionalism. Right then we knew she was the right person to guide us through both the selling and buying process. Landy was extremely knowledgeable and always willing to answer every question we had. It had been over 20 years since we last purchased a home, and many things had changed since then. She was patient with us and took the time to explain everything so we felt comfortable and confident with each step. Her communication was excellent and she always made sure we understood what was happening. She also knew the different areas and neighborhoods very well. When we looked at homes, she approached it as if she were searching for a home for herself. She paid close attention to details and truly cared about helping us find the right home. Landy also protected our interests during negotiations. She made sure selling agents did not take advantage of offers on our home, and she worked hard to make sure we asked for what was needed on the home we purchased. This entire experience was wonderful, and we are so grateful for her help. I would highly recommend Landy Swain to anyone who is looking to sell their home and purchase their next forever home.
