As a first time home buyer I had so many questions and thete were so many things that I didn’t understand. Graham experience and knowledge was vital to the process. Chris was fantastic! He is incredibly knowledgeable and was extremely thorough while helping us buy our first home. He also saved us from a major future headache when he noticed the AC unit was frequently cycling on and off; it turned out to need extensive repairs that the builder had to cover. Furthermore, he suggested a radon test which revealed high levels, resulting in the builder paying for a mitigation system instead of us!
