In a crazy market, we were able to go under contract within a few weeks of looking, and he was able to negotiate items for the seller to cover, which was totally unexpected- I have no idea how he did it. Adrienne helped us find our very first home. We were fairly picky customers and it took us about 10 months to find our house, but Adrienne was patient throughout the process.
