I can’t say enough about how wonderful our experience was with Karen. At this point she is more than just our agent, I feel like we are now great friends. She guided us every step of the way with patience, kindness, and genuine care. Her professionalism, knowledge, and dedication made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free. We are so grateful for her support and would recommend her to anyone looking for an agent who goes above and beyond.

We have worked with Karen twice—first in 2020 when she guided us to purchase our first home, and most recently when purchasing 113 Paladin Place in July 2025. Karen has been excellent in every way—she is incredibly detailed, highly knowledgeable about the market, and always solution‑oriented. Her communication was clear and proactive, and she consistently went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress‑free. Karen’s professionalism and responsiveness are unmatched; no question ever went unanswered, and she was always available to guide us every step of the way. Her ability to anticipate potential issues and offer practical solutions truly sets her apart. We felt confident and well-represented throughout the entire transaction. We couldn’t have asked for a better agent and would highly recommend Karen to anyone buying or selling a home. She is not only an exceptional realtor but also someone who genuinely cares about her clients' goals and satisfaction.

we benefited because of their dedication to customer service attention to detail, while finding what we requested in our search. The professionalism and market knowledge was second to none helpful in the transition from old home to new house in a timely manner. I appreciated the fact that the professionalism never waiver even after receiving our keys. We are totally happy with our new place but if, we ever decide to move again Karen Machikas & crew would use all over again. If you want a smooth and joyful experience this agent is the one.
