From the first time Teresa Renfroe from Mark Spain Realty came into our living room to give us information on how to market our property for sale we were very impressed. We were so impressed that we did not even bother to interview any other real estate agents. She was very professional, knowledgeable and honest. She laid out and effectively explained all options that Mark Spain offered. We opted for the traditional sale. Within 2 days of the listing we had more hits than we anticipated. Ms. Renfroe was on top of all appointments and worked tirelessly to make our very swift offer a reality. If she could not take phone calls she would make sure that she returned them even when we least expected. Within 30 days, from the inception of the offer we closed on our property.

Adrienne helped us find our very first home. We were fairly picky customers and it took us about 10 months to find our house, but Adrienne was patient throughout the process. We always felt like she was in our corner, looking out for our best interests. When we got discouraged because we weren't finding exactly what we wanted and ready to settle, she made sure we stayed the course and held out for what we really wanted. Thank goodness she didn't let us settle because we found exactly what we wanted and couldn't be happier!! Adrienne was so personable, knowledgeable and helpful throughout everything. Being first time buyers we had tons of questions and concerns, but Adrienne was more then able to answer those questions and calm any concerns we had. I am very happy with the people she recommended during our closing, such as home and termite inspection, real estate lawyers, etc. We closed on time and had no issues. Chris was fantastic! He is incredibly knowledgeable and was extremely thorough while helping us buy our first home. He explained the entire process to us in great detail, which was so helpful as first-time buyers. Chris went above and beyond by negotiating with the builder to include new appliances for us. He also saved us from a major future headache when he noticed the AC unit was frequently cycling on and off; it turned out to need extensive repairs that the builder had to cover. Furthermore, he suggested a radon test which revealed high levels, resulting in the builder paying for a mitigation system instead of us!
