We have worked with Ellen on several occasions. First was the sale of our home on Cornwallis Road. The task of preparing our house to sell seemed overwhelming at first, but Ellen was so amazing, not only walking us thru the process but physically jumping in and helping. She also helped us buy our new home. Last summer we called Ellen again to help us list and sell my in-laws house because they had passed away that summer. It was an estate sale so the entire process was exhausting, but again Ellen jumped in and helped in every way possible. The process of emptying the home during such an emotional time could have been a lot harder, but she not only helped us thru that process but assisted the bank/trustee in every way she could. We would recommend Ellen for any real estate work because she is so knowledgeable, but also is willing to jump in and do whatever it takes to make the process less stressful.

Melissa was wonderful in walking us through the sale of our home, and then through the process of finding and purchasing another home. She is incredibly knowledgeable, and answered every question we had promptly and accurately. She advocated for us in our closings to get us the best possible price and made sure that we were satisfied with every aspect of both sales. I would absolutely recommend Melissa to help you find or sell your next home!
