Derek made our experience of building our home the best part of the entire transaction from the moment we sold our home to relocating to Palm Coast. Derek sent us videos each week with a full narrative of the progress that was going on. Keeping us informed every step of the way. Once we relocated and waited for our home to be completed, Derek was always available to go over to the house for us to meet with other contractors or do measurements.He always kept good communication during this process to keep us informed of any changes or concerns.
