He got us top dollar coming in above what we previously had it listed with a different agent, marketed our property in a wider span, and the pictures of the property were what I believe that set us apart to get the right buyer. Since our property was commercial property that we sold, he also is familiar in this area as it takes a special buyer and marketing to sell commercial property. I have had many interactions with realtors over the past few years, however Amir stands out as the only one that I could trust that “ gets it”. Amir’s planning on how to deal with comps that traditionally have represented discounting and other homeowner’s that lower their price after a certain time on market allowed me to sell at list while neighbors cut their asking price after a few weeks. If you feel like your property is in a race to the bottom, you have to cut away from the typical madness and knee jerk reactions and talk with Amir for a better strategy.
