Paul was the perfect realtor for us as we sought a Durham house from out-of-town. He fed us new listings, arranged to meet us when we came to town several times to look at properties and went to several houses to face-time us the walk through. The house we bought, we bought on his recommendation and have been totally satisfied even though we didn't see it until after closing.
