She knows the Raleigh and surrounding markets incredibly well and is supremely knowledgeable about the past, current, and future planned initiatives of the entire area. She is VERY responsive anytime we have a question or need something and genuinely cares about the people she works with. I can't say enough positive things about her and how pleased we have been working with her on several investment properties already. Susan's a real pro - pays close attention to every seemingly little detail. She will go to great lengths to make everything perfect, from timing, to sign placement to interior design. At a higher level, her experience shows with the strategy and counsel she applies/provides. She's fun and confident. Our sale required a lot of communications and adjustments, compared to others in our past. She was always available to help. Always. She has quick and extensive access to top-shelf resources: movers, warehouses, locksmiths, for example. She makes it so you don't have to worry. There were two or three points in the process where we thought "We wouldn't want anyone else representing us." There's more to say. But suffice it to say you won't find a better real estate professional.

Adrienne helped us find our very first home. We were fairly picky customers and it took us about 10 months to find our house, but Adrienne was patient throughout the process. We always felt like she was in our corner, looking out for our best interests. When we got discouraged because we weren't finding exactly what we wanted and ready to settle, she made sure we stayed the course and held out for what we really wanted. Thank goodness she didn't let us settle because we found exactly what we wanted and couldn't be happier!! Adrienne was so personable, knowledgeable and helpful throughout everything. Being first time buyers we had tons of questions and concerns, but Adrienne was more then able to answer those questions and calm any concerns we had. I am very happy with the people she recommended during our closing, such as home and termite inspection, real estate lawyers, etc. We closed on time and had no issues.
