Megan and I sat down and we plotted out our plan of what to do what house is we were going to look at she was great she was wonderful her and I would have probably picked the house within a month but because you're working with my mother my mother made this process a lot harder so Megan was very understanding about that and she really put in the work

We have worked with Ellen on several occasions. First was the sale of our home on Cornwallis Road. The task of preparing our house to sell seemed overwhelming at first, but Ellen was so amazing, not only walking us thru the process but physically jumping in and helping. She also helped us buy our new home. Last summer we called Ellen again to help us list and sell my in-laws house because they had passed away that summer. It was an estate sale so the entire process was exhausting, but again Ellen jumped in and helped in every way possible. The process of emptying the home during such an emotional time could have been a lot harder, but she not only helped us thru that process but assisted the bank/trustee in every way she could. We would recommend Ellen for any real estate work because she is so knowledgeable, but also is willing to jump in and do whatever it takes to make the process less stressful.

Stephanie definitely knows the market. She walked us through the whole process. In results sold our home very quickly, helped us find our dream home within days of selling. Always polite and very professional. We highly recommend her, two of our friends have now ask her to help them through the process. We know she will take very good care of them.
