Chris was fantastic! He is incredibly knowledgeable and was extremely thorough while helping us buy our first home. He also saved us from a major future headache when he noticed the AC unit was frequently cycling on and off; it turned out to need extensive repairs that the builder had to cover. Furthermore, he suggested a radon test which revealed high levels, resulting in the builder paying for a mitigation system instead of us!
