Derek made our experience of building our home the best part of the entire transaction from the moment we sold our home to relocating to Palm Coast. Derek sent us videos each week with a full narrative of the progress that was going on. Keeping us informed every step of the way. Once we relocated and waited for our home to be completed, Derek was always available to go over to the house for us to meet with other contractors or do measurements. He always kept good communication during this process to keep us informed of any changes or concerns. I would highly recommend working with Derek to anybody looking for their next future home or forever home. He is truly a pleasure to work with. He is the best part of Adam's homes.

Jonathan made everything feel smooth and stress-free, he kept us informed at every step, and handled negotiations well. He listened to our concerns, and he was quick to answer our questions. He also took the time to make sure we understood all the options as we moved through the selling process. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Alice was an amazing help in the purchase of my first townhome. I had a bit of a hard time with the sellers and she fought for me the whole way through. She made sure I got everything I needed by closing and always served with a smile. It was a joy to work with her and I couldn’t recommend her enough!
