John Pedone was the very best real estate professional we have ever experienced. His knowledge and patience paid off for us. The home he found exceeded our expectations. We are happy with our selection and the closing went smoothly. We recommend John Pedone for any real estate needs. He works the entire United States and buyers and sellers will have no regrets if they put their faith in John’s hands.

We are so grateful for all the hard work Laura has done to find us a home. We are endlessly grateful to have her as our agent and couldn’t be happier with the way everything worked out. She has gone above and beyond our expectations. Her communication and professionalism throughout the whole process was beyond excellent.

Derek made our experience of building our home the best part of the entire transaction from the moment we sold our home to relocating to Palm Coast. Derek sent us videos each week with a full narrative of the progress that was going on. Keeping us informed every step of the way. Once we relocated and waited for our home to be completed, Derek was always available to go over to the house for us to meet with other contractors or do measurements. He always kept good communication during this process to keep us informed of any changes or concerns. I would highly recommend working with Derek to anybody looking for their next future home or forever home. He is truly a pleasure to work with. He is the best part of Adam's homes.

Jenn was recommended to me by a friend and I am so glad we were able to connect. She really understood our needs and helped us find the perfect home. From start to closing she was prompt, pleasant, and professional. We would gladly work with her again.
