Sharon was recommended to us by a friend and we're so happy she was! She has extensive knowledge of the whole process and was incredibly helpful in the purchase of our new home and sale of our old home. She worked with us to get to showings quickly, and was ready with insight and input on many of the homes we saw. Once we found our new home she connected us with a wonderful inspector and walked us through everything. On the sale of our old home, she gave us great input on staging and fielding showings and offers.

Let me start by saying I rarely post reviews of any kind. That said, I feel compelled to in this case because if anyone deserves a Five-Star recommendation, it’s Nancy Caggia. I came to our first meeting loaded with 1,000 Questions about the Raleigh-Durham area. Not only did Nancy answer every question in remarkable detail, she happily indulged another 1,000 or so follow-up questions I had for her in the ensuing weeks. To say, “She knows every neighborhood in Raleigh" would be a gross understatement. It would be more accurate to say that she knows every street... every house... every school... every shopping center… every park bench, light post, stop sign and bike trail… But that’s not all. I should also tell you that I was a terrible Client! My search parameters were awful and I got quite used to sending Nancy last-minute texts in the middle of the night. Most agents would’ve been irritated but Nancy responded quickly and accurately, each and every time. We covered more ground, faster and more efficiently than I would have with any other realtor. Don’t waste your time looking for answers here and there. (The Internet is the worst.) If you’re considering a move to Raleigh, just call Nancy Caggia. She has all the information you'll need to make the big decision. And she gives it to you straight. Thank you for everything Nancy… mostly your patience… nice to know there’s still a few good people in the world. -j

Heather is very responsive to any questions, and follows up on time with what you need. Very in-depth explanations on facts, and sound responses with reasoning if asked her opinion on the flow of the market. Her contractors used were reasonably priced and worked with us in timeframe and payment methods. Heather was quick to hold sub standard work accountable to the workers too. From start to finish with ups and downs in the market and timeline I had hoped for, it was never something I had to worry if I was missing anything. That was very important during the sell of my house that Heather and her team knocked out of the park. Highly recommend and will use again when I am ready to purchase!

They both made the usually very stressful job of purchasing a new home very enjoyable. Jerry was there with any questions I had and basically held our hands throughout the entire process.Kristen was in the background dealing with the ususal questions we had concerning what to do about services like electric, water monthly charges and was alway there for us no matter the issue.I'm not one that usually toots someone elses horn but the team of Jerry and Kristin is outstanding!!

In a crazy market, we were able to go under contract within a few weeks of looking, and he was able to negotiate items for the seller to cover, which was totally unexpected- I have no idea how he did it.
