We have used John for our last two homes. He is very knowledgeable about the real estate market in the triangle and was very diligent and professional in helping us negotiate the sale. He made sure that we knew all the details about the house so we did not make a mistake in our purchase. After our purchases he always continues to help with suggestions on contractors we might need to make changes we have in mind. All of John’s recommendations have been excellent. John is terrific
