Scott Korbin has a fantastic team of friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful agents. We worked with Scott, Andrew, and Sara, and they all have an excellent understanding of the market and are happy to assist with all questions and concerns. They were more than generous with their time. He also has a substantial list of contractors and other professionals in his network to provide services such as repairs, painting, roofing, organization/packing, and moving at a reasonable cost. He did the negotiations to sell our house, and we ended up selling it for $5000 over the asking price in less than two weeks after putting it on the market.

Scott Korbin is an outstanding professional with highest integrity and commits himself to fully serving his clients. No wonder he achieves first class results. Scott is very smart. His educational background is impressive. He has accumulated an unusual breadth of expertise which serves his clients so well in buying and selling property. Ask him anything about the searching and buying process; he will provide perfect guidance. He is a strategic thinker and enjoys solving problems. He dedicates himself to maximizing his clients' experience and results through his understanding of architecture, market conditions, finance and budgeting, schedules, and of course the varying personalities of each local area. He is a strategic thinker and enjoys being a superb problem-solver. He will serve you well as a negotiator. He is highly successful and, importantly, fair. What further sets Scott apart is that he is so keenly attuned to his clients. He addresses preferences, stress, changing parameters, levels of inexperience, costs and even clients' sensitivities to a variety of random factors. He completely follows through, immediately. As an expert at understanding workmanship, potential property upgrades and repair options, he opens up unique possibilities that expand one's housing choices. When I stubbornly changed my mind about my house preferences, Scott was relentless in providing alternatives to make me delighted in my final property choice and price. And when I managed to get locked out of my new house during my first week there, he was my first and only phone call. I knew he could and would use his resourcefulness to solve my problem!

Scott and his team are everything you could ask for and more. They are responsive, knowledgeable, patient, and professional. I worked with them for over a year before closing on my home and during that time they helped me understand the entire process, took feedback to help select homes, and made the entire ordeal a breeze. When I went to look at a home they were quick to give me feedback and insight into the home including details I didn't even consider. I have been recommending Scott's service to all my friends looking for a home and would recommend him to anyone else as well.
