He is not a "part time realtor", he does this full time and he is always easy to get a hold of and willing to give guidance, offer suggestions, or answer questions. He listed my house and had it under contract in High Point in 11 days. Very smooth closing. I can highly recommend him! In contrast, other highly rated agents on Zillow that I initially set out to interview to be my seller's agent took 2-4 days to even return my phone call.
