Felix made suggestions on how to prepare our house for sale to obtain the maximum price in our market. His suggestions and recommendations for staging our home was excellent and the right call to enable us to obtain top price for our home. Felix recommended a very qualified person (Ann Taylor) to stage our home for sale which Felix and Ann worked exceptionally well together.
