Scott Michaels, quite simply, is an amazing Realtor. We have worked with other Realtors in the past, but when we decided to list our house, we interviewed agents and discovered there is a big difference between real estate professionals. Because our house was quite large and located on acreage off the beaten path, there were not really any comparable houses on which to base pricing. Scott recommended that we have the property professionally appraised so that we could make good decisions. He brought in a fantastic photographer to take pictures of our home. And he promoted it throughout the selling process. Once we had an offer, he again guided us through the closing process, ensuring that everything was done properly. He always made us feel like we were his only clients, even though we knew he was busy with numerous other clients. In addition to being a great guy, Scott is a five-star Realtor who covers every base to make sure that your selling experience goes as smoothly as possible.

Marela had a great handle on selling our property. She returned calls promptly and was able to recommend contractors that were very reasonable, and did great work.
