David is very responsive to questions, explains the buying/selling process, and quickly works to address concerns. My family has bought and sold several homes with David’s help.

Jaimie is such a great person to work with! She makes sure all your home buying needs are being taken care of on time and the right way!! Me and my fiance were recently first time home buyers and had no clue what we were doing..Jaimie led us in all the right directions when it came to showings of newly listed houses. After we finally found our home sweet home, she took everything step by step with us in the process of making this home ours. Whenever we had questions, we could text or call Jaimie at OUR convenience. In this entire process we made a great friend and had a new mentor in our lives. Jaimie is such a great person inside and out! Anyone would be missing out if they didn’t choose Jaimie as their realtor!!!

Working with Carmicia was absolutely amazing. We were relocating to NC in the middle of a pandemic and she made it an amazing experience. From the beginning consultation to understand our desires and must haves, to the house hunting weekend (a ton of homes in just a few short days). It was awesome!!! We found the perfect home for us and she helped throughout the entire process. We not only found the best realtor, but a friend. Who could ask for more?! Thank you Carmicia and team. YOU ROCKED IT!!!!
