Jason was a pleasure to work with from our initial meeting to our closing. He responded quickly to all questions and gave us great advice. He advocated for our best interest through all negotiations, always encouraging us. We would recommend Jason to anyone looking for a professional realtor, he is the best. Thank you Jason for a job well done, we are very pleased!

Kat is an outstanding agent. She knows the community and the local real estate market. She provided excellent advice throughout the process. From determining the value of the home to marketing, closing, and the purchase of my new home, Kat was knowledgeable about every step of the process. She stayed in touch and communicated with agencies, inspectors, and lenders. She helped with tours, walkthroughs, and closing. If you want someone who knows how to buy and sell homes and knows this region of the state, I highly recommend Kat and New South Reality. On top of all of that, she is just enjoyable to work with!
