Candice was outstanding to work with and I would recommend her without hesitation. She recently helped me sell a property that had been my father’s home for over 20 years. The property was somewhat unique — a 30-year-old rural home on five acres that also included two large commercial buildings. Because of the niche nature of the property and the relatively slow movement in the area at the time of listing, I expected the process to take quite a while. Candice approached it with a thoughtful strategy and a lot of persistence. The house and buildings were also completely full of belongings, which added another layer of complexity. Candice helped identify and coordinate an estate sale company that was able not only to conduct the sale but also to remove the remaining personal property afterward. That alone made a huge difference in making the property ready to show. Since I live out of state, I couldn’t be there regularly to manage details. Candice and her husband went above and beyond by helping with small maintenance items and keeping things moving forward while I worked through a long list of improvements to enhance the property’s marketability. Their willingness to step in when needed kept the process from stalling. Despite the unique nature of the property and the market conditions, the house was under contract within the first month. That outcome really speaks to Candice’s professionalism, preparation, and understanding of the local market. Overall, the experience was very positive and I’m grateful for the effort Candice put into making a complicated sale go smoothly.
