Melissa was very professional and knowledgeable of everything and If she didn’t know the answer to our questions she would find out the answer and got back to us right away. This was the first time that Melissa was selling an estate listing and she made everything so easy for us as we lived out of state and she had to jump though hoops to get things started and how to do things the circuit court needed.
