Julie was knowledgable, friendly and accesible. I highly recommend her!

If I could rate Mary Beth Powell higher then 5 stars, she would receive it. She was knowledgeable, helpful, and honest. Mary Beth made the process of selling my house seem effortless, from putting it on the market, pre staging, showing it, and closing it. I highly recommend Mary Beth Powell and will use her again in the future.

Being a first time home buyer can be a little overwhelming and having someone who puts your best interest first and not looking to make a quick sale. Melody went above and beyond for us. She walked us through the process and explained anything we didn't understand. She stayed within our budget and worked hard with the seller to get us a good deal. She also gave us a list of professionals to help with repairs. If we ever had to buy another home in the future, we would definitely want Melody to help us. She's also a sweetheart.
