Nyasha Anderson is one of the BEST real estate agents I've ever worked with. She is a professional with a strong knowledge of the real estate market and is dedicated to her clients. Nyasha is always super responsive and can navigate challenges during the home-buying or selling process. We had fun with Nyasha, and I feel like I have made a life-long friend!

Working with Jim was an absolutely wonderful experience for our family. From the very beginning, he took the time to truly understand not only what we were looking for in a home, but also the unique needs of our son. That level of care and attention meant everything to us. He was incredibly patient, thoughtful, and intentional in helping us find a home that would be the right fit for our family’s lifestyle. Whether it was considering layout, environment, or overall comfort, he always kept our son’s needs at the forefront of every showing and recommendation. Throughout the entire process, Jim was responsive, knowledgeable, and supportive. He made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and manageable, and we always felt like we had someone truly advocating for our family. What stood out the most was his genuine compassion and understanding. It never felt like just a transaction—he truly cared about helping us find a home where our family, especially our son, could feel safe, comfortable, and happy. We are so grateful for his dedication and would highly recommend Jim Vivian to anyone, especially families who may have specific or unique needs. You will be in the best hands.

Working with Lane was an absolute dream from start to finish! As young, first time home buyers, the entire process could easily have felt overwhelming, but Lane made sure it never did. Her communication was incredible, she responded to anything I asked or needed around the clock, proactive, and genuinely cared about us. She spent hours walking us through every single detail, explaining all the terminology and steps so we truly understood what everything meant not just for the purchase, but as future homeowners. Lane was there for us every step of the way, made sure we felt valued and confident, and consistently went above and beyond. We couldn’t have asked for a better agent and recommend her to anyone!! The absolute BEST!!
