My husband and I are new to NC. Kara's extensive knowledge of the market helped us secure our beautiful new home. She tirelessly fought for us to make an offer and have it selected. Kara was on top of every detail and communicated thoroughly. She was ready to crawl into the crawl space of a home we had looked at! She handled our transaction with such thoughtfulness and care you would have thought it was going to be her home. I trust her explicitly. If you are buying or selling, you want Kara on your team. 5 stars for sure!!!!

Lisa was very patient with me and all of my questions. She was also patient with all of the properties I wanted to see and had no problems working within my small budget. She was knowledgeable about the properties she was showing me and could answer all of my questions about potential problems. She also stayed in constant contact with me throughout the process and always got back to me quickly. She is so nice and I am glad that I worked with her when buying my first home.
