Vivian is the best realtor. She is a straight shooter and she is very knowledgeable. She has tons of experience and she has no problem asking the hard questions. She goes out of her way to do what is best for her clients…even when her clients leave a homemade flower pot behind and she coordinates to make sure it is retrieved. I cannot say enough good things about Vivian. We are so thankful for her help with selling our home and we have really appreciated her being by our side as we go through the building process.

We reside in VA and Cathi helped us purchase a rental property in NC. We were very impressed with her attention to detail and preparation. She did a lot of research and had spoken with the seller's agents to obtain and share as much information about the home as possible before we arrived in town to visit the homes. This preparation also included her visiting the homes herself before we arrived. She was always prepared even down to providing us with cold drinks during visits to homes on hot days. Really enjoyed working with her and we would 100% work with her again if we decide to purchase another home in the area.
