Chaz and I connected in 2021. Due to changing circumstances and a low inventory of houses, it took me over a year to find the house that was best for me and my family. Chaz was very patient and understanding. I was so blessed to have a real estate agent like Chaz!!! We toured over 10 houses, and survived three rejections. Chaz kept me encouraged, and he reminded me that the right house would come at the right time. Not only was Chaz my buying agent, he was also my selling agent. Through all the hurdles and challenges, Chaz remained with me until we had a successful offer. I thank God for Chaz and his dedication. I feel that I gained a friend throughout the house hunting and selling process. In addition, I was tremendously blessed to have someone like Chaz who supported and guided me through selling and buying a house simultaneously. 😇
