He was able to list as soon as contract signed, because he had prepared all required paperwork and taken lots of photos to show house’s best features. He kept me abreast of progress, made recommendations to reduce price, when appropriate, tried several things to attract buyers, open house, flyers, etc. It took awhile for house to sell, but he’s kept me informed the whole time. When there was a buyer, I felt confident in agreeing to offer. Rodney assisted me through out the process. I do not live in North Carolina, but from listing to closing, he guided me through. He is an excellent agent, whom I would recommend to anyone who needs a Real Estate Agent.
