Jake was a true pro in getting us into our home. He has great knowledge on the Charlotte market and was able to get us into the location that we wanted in our desired price point. His ability to negotiate with the seller on our behalf was much appreciated. Jake is one of the top realtors in Charlotte, but he is as accessible as anyone through call or text.
