Buying and selling a home is one of the most stressful experiences of life. In a realtor one seeks real estate knowledge and competence, along with a large measure of empathy. Linda is a model of those critical traits. She was thorough, honest, timely with information and feedback, and extremely creative in figuring out how to manage my property. She repeatedly sought to reassure me but never to give me false hope. I also appreciated the fact that she respected and took into account my high regard for the home I was selling.....and perhaps against her better judgment did not give up on my dream/expectation of its value.
