Calm and patient

Donna was calm and patient throughout the entire process of helping us buy our new home. She was knoweldgeable about many aspects of the home. She showed us a comp when we weren't sure if we were making the right decision, and it renewed our interest in the home we were pursuing. She was prompt with communication, and pursued the seller's agent to get answers to our questions.
