I was an out of town seller and Michelle keep me in the loop of showings and sent feedback after each viewing. Her company hosted multiple Open Houses. She went up and beyond to go check out a "water leak" reported by a buyers agent on a Friday night AND take a repair person. Michelle knew the market and and gave good advice regarding when it was time to price drop to close the deal. Michelle did an amazing job for us. I would definitely recommend.
