We set out to work with a realtor that could help us navigate the current market for new homebuyers. Maria was helpful, patient, and answered all of our questions (even the dumb ones) with sincerity. She gave advice on how to narrow our search and made viewing appointments quickly. I mostly appreciate Maria's candor throughout the process. As new homebuyers, everything was new to us and Maria helped us feel confident. Maria was with us every step of the way and when she couldn't answer a question, she could point us to someone who did. Maria and Jeff are quite the power team and could answer our questions regarding repairs and updates to the homes we viewed.
